In the first week of October I am going to Evelyn Downs via
Oodnadatta and after a few days there I want to do a slight detour on the way back home. I would like to travel from the Stuart Hwy (turn off) approx 110k's below
Coober Pedy out to Mt Eba, then onto Billa Kalina, Parakylia and finaly through to
Roxby Downs.
Has anyone done the trip and is there any problems with access etc?

Blaze, can't help much. We planned to take that route a few weeks back but the timing meant an
overnight camp was required and as it's in the
Woomera protected area
camping isn't allowed (from what I was told). We ended up changing our plans and taking a different route altogether. I was told by a mate who has travelled it that it is a good drive and far more interesting than the blacktop.
