As usual you have got it wrong again.

The 'Russell' title is a life long award just like the Brownlow Medal.

When another member/person undertakes and/or completes and act of sheer stupity worthy of the title 'Russell' , then it is duly conferred upon the said person and they to hold the title for lifetime as a transperant indicator of their stupity.

So, don't think you can hand ball your title that easily.

In that case, Mr Russell Lucy, no worries!!!

Even though I try hard to be worthy of having such a title to be bestowed on moi', I must confess that I have failed miserably.

Apparently its a gift some have, like Motzart, Einstein, Beckham, and 'russell' of course.

I will of course continue my endevours to reach the lofty heights of stupidity so that I to may one day have the title of 'russell'.

Des Lexic has now raised the 'entry ba' to this much sort after title which I fear will be almost impossible to match or better.

But you never whats coming around the corner, do you. (LOL)

And another point that must be considered in the "Russell" title.
In the movie, Russell continues with his disasters one after the other in repetitive fashion. Now who on this site falls into that categogry. None other than Russell Roach of course whereas Ms Lucy and my goodself only perform the VERY infrequent stuff up.
With deep apologies to Ms Lucy because you will never even come close to catch up with Russell Roach.

Thank you for pointing out and bringing those pearls of wisdom to my attention Mr Lexic.

I feel very inadequate in the knowledge that I will never, ever be able to attain Roachies level of accomplishment in this field of endeavour.

I would if I could, but I haven't enuff knowledge....sorry.....

BTW, still trying to find a more up-to-date photo of Annette and me to email to you......but that one I sent was THE most current one. Thanks for sending the photo of you 2...... very nice indeed.

I'm still waiting to see if Des and Lucy ever get "hitched"......as I said before...that'd be a perfect match!!!

After much thought I do believe that it was oh so foolish of me to jump to conclusion that you would ever subsidise a real photo of yourself and Annette with something so fake.
Do accept my most humble apologies for my comment of 'smartarse' for not believing you Bill.

I'm afraid I am going to have to admit that it was infact me who suggested that Bill send you that photo.We got some help from google images. He doesnt look anything like 'Russell" but he has said that people have commented on his likeness to Bill Clinton. Make of that what you will. lol
