As my last thread states I am battling with Nissan over my zd30.I would like to hear from anyone in the same boat as I am enlisting the help of a solicitor and then contacting radio and TV.

Can I suggest that you ask your solicitor whether going to the media will help your case early in the early stages. You might be better to save the "bad press" card in case quiet legal negotiations don't get you anywhere.

This sort of thread has been posted about a dozen times... there was one group trying to get a catalogue of actual vehicles and what really happened to their TDs...
Someone here should be able to put you onto them.
