Has anyone had experience fitting a Helton Hot
Water system to a Nissan 3L Intercooled Turbo. I am led to believe that the shower unit does not work that
well with the intercooler. I intend to fit a 11L/min Flojet type pressure pump.

The intercooler won't affect the performance of a shower - only limit the
places you can fit it.
A heat exchange type shower can be fitted to any vehicle that has a heater (Matrix) inside the cab.
