I was watching them riding and cooking across Spain the other night. They seem to do a lot of outdoor cooking as they travel. They made something similar to samosas and to my surprise cooked them in a "charcoal oven" which just happened to look identical to the new Cobb.
Lots in here seem to use the Cobb any tips on cooking pastry in it or
camp ovens?
