Hi
Love this
forum, so many great ideas and advice.
just wondering if anyone has tried putting a wheel mount bike rack onto the vert mounted spare of their camper? are there any foreseeable probs with this??
We have a '05 DiD Pajero with a solid wheel cover on the vehicle spare, we were worried if we mounted the bikes on the Paj that the door would not open easily with the camper attached.
We need to carry 3 bikes for the kids (and maybe 4 so we have one to chase them when they don't come back)
thks for your help.
Sando :-)

It's a vert mount spare on the draw bar. Can adjust the height of the wheel... I like the look of this rack !!
will do some investigating and see if it would be suitable and if they do 3
bike carriers too.
thanks for the reply.
have a good weekend :-)

I used one for years. My spare is on the front of the trailer and I never had a problem.
Mine was a home made jobbie, built it out of bedframe, heavy sucker but no probs.

Great!!! good to know that a carrier on the front of the trailer hasn't caused any issues... I guess it has less swinging about than at the back.
thanks for your reply..
