On 15 August I was in a group that stopped at the
Len Beadell marker and blazed treee "61
miles from Giles"
Stupidly I left a pocket knife in alight tan holder on my bullbar (Lunch table). It was on the left hand side of the vehicle and we were in the car
park heading west.
The knife has little financial value but belonged to my late father and if at all possible I would like to get it back.
If you have been or are going thart way could you please have a look and contact me on
0419400801 if you find it.
Thanks for any help you might be able to provide

Would it be worth contacting the
HF radio users thru VKS (don't know the rest). They have a great network and there would no doubt be users heading that way or near there at present. I'm sure that some more
well informed in the
forum would be able to give you better details. Just an idea.
cheers. Mick
