Posting picures the new way for non computer programers

Well just as I fugured out which link from Photobucket to use to post a picture a new more complicated format has reared its head.
I have tried using the Direct link address to no avail so which photobucket address do you use?

this is the one blight on an otherwise excellent
forum. I post trip reports on other forums because all you need do is cut and paste the IMG Code and trip reports without pictures arnt much

Why not just post the "direct link" & have people click on the link in your post if they are interested.

If this is what your after,
Click "insert Image" it comes you with "http://" delete this (I have told David about this but it seem no-one has any problems with it) and past your copied link from photobucket in it;s place.

Strewth!!!! Never thought I'd ever see myself posting a response to a question about 'puters etc!!!!! hahaha
I use the IMG code option when I post a photo. Just make sure you delete the "IMG" at both ends and I have also found that the prefix "http://" gets repeated, so have to delete that as
well.

Just paste the IMG line into your post/reply. Use the Preview button to check that all is OK
