Hi guys,

Anyone know if mobile coverage extends to the station? I know it is not ideal but it may mean the difference between a weekend away and a weekend at work,

Cheers,

Mark

There is not much coverage there at all, but i have had the odd patch of Telstra GSM in that area. You can drive up the road and there is some patch coverage.

Better off without the phone... I like going so that no one can contact me!!!!!

Enjoy.

Mark,

That's a bugger but at least it has a short duration.

Mark,

We were there Australia Day this year and service was zero.
They have a regular line sevice for people staying there to use in emergencies........

Unfortunately we were involved in one and used the service to request ambulance services.

Other than that it is a great place not to far from civilisation.

Cheers
