Hey everyone just want to know I have a squeaky noise in my 2004 v6 gx manual Prado it is there when I am idling and stops when I push the clutch peddle full on or even just a little bit of pressure I need to know what it might be, it does sound like it is coming from underneath, could this have something to do with the bearing to the clutch plate I have a trip coming up in less than two weeks what would be the effect if left unfixed most of all what would be the price to get it fixed. If any one can help that would be great

Johnathon,
That noise has been in LandCruisers since the dawn of time. It relates to the fact that the hydraulic clutch has no freeplay. The noise is caused by the release bearing lightly rubbing the diaphragm spring. As a result, the diaphragm spring develops a slight groove and the noise becomes more evident.
The problem will not affect the reliability of your vehicle. Easiest solution is to turn the radio up. If you want the noise to go away, you'll need the replace the whole clutch. Some people spray a bit of grease thru the clutch
fork boot, which is at best a temporary reprieve.
Cheers
Phil
