David's little improvement - when we get an email of a response to a thread. it shows the topic rather than the number. Now that is so good. Thanks David.

Absolutely

Also all the weird chit that used to go on when logging on seems to have gone, along with the program hangups and other dodgy stuff with member messages.

Speed seems to have improved as well.

Thank you 'backroom workshop' and Master David for cracking the whip.

Or should I say Michele for cracking the whip. (LOL)

Mutha, it didn't twig with me for a couple of days, but it really does make an improvement to being able to see where the comments are at.

Thanks for the positives. I have been spending many hours trying to fix all the little issues. There are still a few hanging around but I am getting it all sorted. Glad you like the email update another member requested this change and it made a lot of sense so it went in.

PS: Latest round of work late on Thursday and Friday nights was a new Update Place program. I missed the newsletter however the new program accepts all 9 photos in one go and makes the hole places update system heaps easier and faster. So anyone out there that wants to update some info in Places it is now quicker and easier. PSS: I am currently working in the places system and we will very soon be rolling out a very very cool new series of treknote functions where we auto build a treknote based on a GPS plot file, the system then automatically links all the places system (places) into the dynamic trek notes. It is really cool and will be an excellent feature. We just need to get the GPS plots and places system updates done (hence the newsletter push on places & plotswap). So I you have something to contribute in places or plotswap then please help us all out and load it in.

Happy fathers day to all fathers (including myself - off to Supa Golf now with my family).
