Hello everyone,
I am thinking of getting a car topper. I like the Sea Jay tinnies. I would like advice on what size and hull shape to get for use in large rivers and estuaries. The choices are the Angler or the Nomad hull styles in either a 3.5M of 3.7M length. The Angler is a deep V while the Nomad has a moderate V and I believe more stable at rest. At the moment my preference is the 3.5M Nomad because the 3.7M seems a big beamey boat to go on top of my 80 series Landcruiser. The Agents tell me these 3.5M Nomads outsell the others by about 8:1 for car toppers. Is there anyone out there with one who can confirn my preference.
Cheers,
