Goodaye,
can anyone tell me how busy the campsites get at Murrindindi during the September school holidays? We have 4 familys going there in the 2 nd weekend.

I visited last school holidays and it was not quite full , but quite busy, tend to go to free camps myself Andy.
No dogs allowed now either in the offical camps.

Given that the weather has been getting warmer and drier of late I would think that you would need to get there early to get the pick of the sites. The few times I have been up that way of late there are always a few campers even as early as a Thursdays evening, and thats not even school hols yet!
