Bucky, you're the one telling the story........................

We passed that way about a month ago, and bunch of happy campers were refuelling there (I assume they paid for it :-)))

We picked up our fuel there early August. 2 drums clearly marked. Much cheaper than Kunawaritji fuel, new drums and no problems at all.

Normally fuel delivery is pretty reliable when sufficient time is given. No doubt some last minute orders could be delayed for any number of reasons. If a fuel drum is not there marked with your name you can always call them up. Often people pull out of the trip & are spare drums available. On both our trips the fuel was there with no issues. What was the actual trouble with your mates fuel.

Sounds like all is OK to me, when I get the full story, I will post it, but its only what I have been told. So I thought I would ask about. From all accounts, things are normal, and its good to see that the honesty thing still exists

Bucky,

I can say we never had a problem with the Capricorn Roadhouse Fuel Dump, fuel was there no problem.

I would not go so far to say that honesty is still strong as like anything else nowdays, there are people "who just don't care about anyone else or their arrangements".

Its a shame it has come to this in life, to use a comparision years ago you could leave all your belongings at your campsite on the beach at Fraser Island and there would not even be a wheel track near it when you returned from the pub many hours later.

It would be good if we all considered each other!

Regards,
Jim
