Just need some advice on the best way to mount an alloy chequerplate toolbox on the A frame, and also the best way to dustproof the lid? The toolbox is 1100 x 370 x 410. Thanks in Advance Brew.

G,day Brew,
I would weld some angle to your draw bar, flush with the top. Then put some 50x3 (minimum) flat bar on the inside of your box and put a couple of bolts through that and through the angle on the draw bar.
The flat bar only being there so the bolts don't pull through the alloy.
Another way you could do it is build a frame out of angle around the base of your box, weld a couple of flat bars across the bottom, weld or bolt frame to the draw bar (if bolting, same principle as above with angle on draw bar) and bolt the box to the frame you have made.
I'm not the best at explaining things like this without using my hands lol so I hope you understand
Cheers Luke

Similiar to last reply, put a galvanised toolbox across the A frame using flat steel inside the box and boled through the flat steel and toolbox through the A frame. Used the rubber door seal stuff around the top where the lids closes down. Also ran silicon rubber up the corners as they are not sealed. Also, the lid faces the back of the trailer. Had no problems at all with dust or
water getting in though only used for all the extra stuff so nou amajor problem anyway.
good luck
