Hi There,
I am considering camping at Limmen Bight fishing camp next month. Are you able to leave your boat in/near the water while you are back at camp.Im not sure wether to take a portable trailer or not as I dont require one at the other place im going to first.
Cheers,
Mark.

from what i remember bigM you can just tie it up from the bank in front of your camp.
just keep an eye on the tide if you want to head off so its not stuck on the sand. cheers

Hi Mark
Check with "Doc" at next fishing club meeting as I reckon he has been there a few times with Tim & Debra.
I also have a fold up trailer if you want to borrow one, just give us a call, it's a bit of a heavy one but worked a treat at Mapoon
Cheers Ray

Mark,
We were there in July this year with another couple. We found an unpowered site along the river with a little 'sandyish' beach about 200 to 300M before the boat ramp. We were able to launch and retrieve their 3.5M tinnie without the need for a trailer. Different story if you camp at the powered sites though.
Cheers,
Al-one
