Is there a tab somewhere I have missed that will list the posts that I have tagged "Thread watch" or do you have to go through all the posts to find them?

If you go into your home by using the link in the members menu bar, you will see a link to all of yout watched threads on that page. Click it and all your watched threads will then be listed.
