I could get it for you this evening.

Its not hard to miss. There are two spots on either side of the track just after you cross the bridge. From memory there are signposts.

Was just there on the Saturday. Few people camped.

Iv'e been there a couple of times so I know how to get there. Yhe last time I was there I didnt have ozi running so i am trying to locate the camping spot or spots on the topo map.
I will then plan where i am going from there.

I'll fling you the coords then when i get home, or I can export a waypoint file and email that to you if you want.

Dave,

co-ords are as follows

34 55.0651 S, 150 23.2862 E

camping spots should be either side of this point on the track. I am just going from memory as I didn't mark a waypoint as such - just remembering.

Sam, I too am running OziExplorer through my Laptop. My interest is how did you secure the screen to the dashboard? Does your vehicle have passenger Airbags?

If you could let me know I would appreciate it.

Haven't secured the screen as yet Iceman.

I have just been using my laptop on the passengers seat or on the back seat. I did purchase a 7" touch screen but have not mounted it as yet. Stumbled across an in-dash conversion kit for it last night though.

I am currently spec-ing up a purpose built PC for the Nissan and will have an in-dash screen.

Those photos on my profile are from another forum member that I posted a while ago for someone else. Given the way that screen is mounted, there would be no passenger airbag at all.

Depending on the weight of the screen you want to use, it would be possible to use a backing plate behind that plastic cover to clamp the screen to it or go further and attach it to the steel tubing that is running across the vehicle behind the dash facia.

As i build my pc for the truck, i intend to take photos along the way and write up the whole process.
