A passing truck recently broke one of my Cibie Super Oscar driving light lenses. Appreciate info on where to get a reasonably priced replacement lens - Cibie stockists want $123 which I think is a bit rich. Happy to consider a second hand lens if anyone has one.
Mine are 180 mm diameter

Mal,
Unfortunately that's the going rate for Supe Oscar lenses.
Only other solution I have is to watch Ebay, they come up from time to time on there.

I plumb forgot about that angle, thanks.

Not had that problem since I started using Lightforce, The last glass lights I had was Cibie square's , had the plastic covers on but still had one lens fractured.

Mal,
Is it a spread beam or pencil beam? I have an old one lying around here somewhere.... I'll have a look.
Cheers,
Mark

Hi Mark, I currently have two pencil beam Cibies but would be happy to have either a spread beam or a pencil beam to replace the broken one.
Look forward to hearing from you
Regards
Mal

Mal,
Just ad a look in the shed. Have one spread beam, slight rust marks on the reflector. Rivets replaced with nuts and bolts as they worked loose on the corrrrrugations, 2 lock nuts, globe. It's yours if you want it.... let me know

Mark

Hi Mark,
Really appreciate the offer - I also replaced the pop rivets with nuts and bolts for the same reason ! My reflector and backing housing is OK - just the lens broken.
I live in
