Hi everyone,

I have a NH Pajero and from time to time, I may need to car my niece around who is still in a baby seat.

The NH has two anchor points on the rear roof above the tailgate. The anchor point I have fitted is the newer hook style type. My question is, should the hook be pointing upwards or downwards to the floor?

The fitting instructions which came with it say it should be facing upwards, although Im assuming this is more for if the anchor point is lower.

Thanks.

Have used that anchor point for a child's seat too in my NH.

Like you ask, which way up.

Decided it didn't make that much difference to the angle of the strap over the back seat, so put it up.
