Big shock.... ended up in hospital for the last week with pnuemonia. I thought I had a really bad flu.. lasted a week and I was getting worse. So last Saturday night, my better three quarters bundled me into the car and took me to hospital. Drip in the arm, lots of sweats and jabs and bleary nights later, I'm out.
I weigh less than my early teens. Very shakey. And damn it! Lost $10, 000 worth of work...
Ah
well, I've got my health .... build up to the super fit bloke I was soon.
Seems, that it doesn't matter how healthy and fit you are, you can still get slammed with pnuemonia.
Good Health to you all.. Cheers Royce

Royce,
good to hear you are
well again.
As for my shape, I have spent a fortune with the breweries to acheive this shape and damn proud of it:-)

Glad you are back on the mend Royce. A good mate had to go to China and came back with a cold, or so he thought. It took three doses of antibiotics to get control ultimately, and a hospital trip for the pneumonia, like you. Think he is only just throwing it off from the June-July trip.

Glad to hear its over! I know its not fun, reckon thats the same one I had 3yrs ago. Flu started, got worse, pnumonia, then 6 days in hospital, dropped 20% weight. There aint nothing worse than a real flu.
