I asked this once before, but am after some more info.
If anyone is running both a roof pod and basket side by side, or better yet, a pod in a basket, can you please provide some more details?
I want the best of both worlds and figure if I can fit both onto the 100 series it would do the trick.
Thanx
Paul

Paul,
I have thought about this as
well. We now have a Patrol with the Nissan/Rhino racks and basket. We also have a Kmart roof pod($100 on special), and this will fit into our basket but I will need to make different mounting brackets for it or drill and bolt it through the alloy base or if I'm lucky it will match up with the cross bars. If you have a wire/mesh basket you should be able to put the clamps through the wire/mesh and tighten(you might need big washers or a plate under the lock nuts). One thing to remember is that if you put it hard up against one side, just make sure you can open the lid of the pod.
Hope this helps.
Greg
