OK question for the forum hoping someone has done the hard yards already.

Found on the net Poly Airs in Australia and they would seem to be the American Air Lifts imported from the USA. Question - has anyone purchased from the US and if so what part numbers did you order / how much etc.

Also found the Firestone Coil Rite bags listed as well. Again anyone purchased from the US and how much / from who etc.

It would seem that very few parts places sell for the 2004 Mitsubisho Montero (equiavelent to a Pajero I think). A lot list a 2000 model however I am looking to match the Australian NP and think the US 2000 model is the older NL.

If anyone has any clues or comments appreciate the thoughts. Motivation is the US cost seems to be about USD 75 per pair which would be landed in Aussie for say $150 - a lot cheaper than the $350 plus fitting costs quoted to date.

Cheers
JC

Thanks for the suggestion but the 4137 kit is fro the Montero Sport which is a Mitusbishi Challenger and a different suspension - more similar to an NL Pajero. Looking for the Montero / NP 3rd Generation Pajero type kit.

I found a listing in Europe as a 4125 kit - however trying to determine is anyone has ordered a US kit and what they ordered / problems issues etc.

Cheers

In that case I am afraid you are out of luck (and so am I with my Hilux). If its not listed on truckspring website it is not available in the US.

Hi JC . Why don't you just buy the PolyAirs that you can get locally , I put a set in the NF Coil rear end about 4 years ago and do a fair bit of bush and tow a van and never had any trouble.
they were just over $300.00 from 4wD world in QLD . actually they came to me straight from the suppliers, easy to fit .
Cheers Des.

I know its not what you asked but I'd make sure they'll do what you want. I fitted them to our NP to compensate for ball weight and they just didn't cut the mustard. The Polyair cost would have gone a fair way towards the $1400 suspension upgrade (which DID do the job extremely well).
Cheers ........... Alan
