Had
mine for two years and still don't rattle, very bloody solid. Be careful of the little lugs they weld to prevent the carrier from bashing into the body. Unfortunately, I've driven off before after forgetting to latch the carriers and ended up with one very bent lug. Maybe the current designs incorporate the piece of wire to prevent this? (Same as Kaymars design)Love the bush.

Dave, My 100 IFS is fitted with one from Opposite lock, they are made in WA. It fits to the standard rear bumper. I have done more Ks on corrigated roads then I want to remember and had no troubles. I think corrigations must be like hang overs, we keep going back for more.

Dave,
I bought a dual wheel carrier from Opposite Lock a few weeks back.
I'm very happy with it.
I have heard the one from K&N fabrications is also very good.
