I don't think I would run the risk with all the food and BEER in something I know nothing about.
After all - nothing is as important as keeping the beer cold!!!!

I know nothing of them, however, most fridges run the Danfoss compressor, only the casing varies.
If it has a Danfoss compressor, a 55L fridge at this price is a real bargain.

Jim.

mmmm, $549, rrp $1400. Looks very similar to the ones I've seen in Kmart for about $550.
I would pay up to $300 for a "disposable' one for fitting to a boat, but no more.....and I wouldn't risk a brand name in a boat unless of course its a big one!
I think you could get a factory seconds waeco for not much more.
Cheers Andrew

If I could find something like that in Kmart at least I wouldn't worry about warranty.

It says it:
"or heats to +20'c"
Since when was a Danfoss compressor able to heat as
well as freeze? I know our air cons can do this just haven't heard of it in a fridge.
So pretty tricky if it can heat, or more likely the seller knows nothing about the product and used a descriptive combination from other sites (including peltier coolers)
Mind you, I suppose it would heat the inside to at least 20C if you turned it off in 30C ambient heat ...

Made in China, has a good Domus compressor, RRP $1400 is bulldust, you can easily get an Engel for that, how about warrany and repairs ? Personally I'd rather buy from someone who has a
shop front as it gives me someone to yell at :)

... or not.
Considering the only response from the actual user of this fridge appears to be rather positive.

I got one and so far it is excellent. It cools down very fast and seems to keep things cold for quite a while when switched off ( good insulation ).
