Hi Folks,
I'm considering having an turbo fitted to a my 1HZ.
can anyone tell me were they take the oil feed from on the motor?
the Turbo is a Mitsubishi TD05.

You screw out your oil pressure switch, fit a t piece that takes the switch and the other side goes into a braided line that goes over the engine and into the turbo.
All fittings come with the Denco kit. I fit these kits as I like their quality and service. No affiliation, just a fitter.

1/8 gas will do the trick.

120scruiser. just an enquiry re turbo oil feed. does taking oil to lube turbo from this fitting affect pressure reading on gauge?

I have fitted quite a few turbos including one to my own 1HZ and never noticed any difference in oil pressure, at least not enough to make a difference.

The thread is 1/8 bspt or something compatable with that... Once the turbo is fitted up, oil pressure will remain thesame at above idle and if anything, slightly less at idle due to more being used and lost from the oil gallery....
