Great Customer service @ Oztent

As i stated in a previous post i bought Willem's Oztent Ranger tent
I rang oztent & asked about side panels for this older model
i was informed they don't make them any more, but might have some , but are in the process of moving so please call back in a month
Well yesterday I got a phone call from Steve @ Oztent & low & behold he found a set minus the poles mine if i ant them
of course i said no lol
Yes i said & well they are on their way as we speak
& will continue to look for a front panel as well
in the middle of moving ,what must be a mammoth task for a company as big as oztent they not only remembered my request but came thru on it in record time
that's what i call great customer service & why a company like Oztent are going from strength to strength
