After many phone calls, can give some credit to TJM. They admit there is a problem with my Prolocker and are willing to replace it for me.
But there is a catch - they don't have any in stock and it will be some time till they do.
They are now going to arrange supply of the oppositions air locker - the ARB unit.
Hopefully I'll have it on Monday and will then be back on the road.

Well done TJM. As good an outcome as one could expect I would think.
Happy
trails.
Trevor.

Tell me it's not TJM at Geebung
Every time I go in there I get the feeling they don't really want customers coming in to their
shop.

It was the Geebung store.
But I initially dealt with the Archerfield store.
The tally to date is 4 phone calls not returned by Archerfield, and 16 not returned by Geebung. I initially rang Geebung to enquire about the warranty on Prolockers without letting on I already had one - three times I was told they'd ring back with the information - still waiting for those calls to be returned as
well.So they weren't real quick to discuss things, but appears like they are doing the right thing now.
