I live in the uk, and am planning to drive from
Perth to
Cairns in Jan 2009 one way. Can any one suggest a good company to hire a Land Cruiser from. Drove
Perth to
Darwin this Jan used Four Wheel Drive Hire Service but they are no longer about called Sargent now, cant get hold of them.

I have not used them but they have outlets in
Perth,
Broome,
Darwin and
Cairns so they may be able to do one way hires.

Sargent are still about:

They have merged with Four Wheel Drive Hire Service.
And I would suggest they are your best bet given the one-way nature of your rental.
