Coleman stuff is usually pretty good quality and although I rarely take my screen house these days it is useful to have one sometimes. Given that my aged one is large (when packed) and time consuming to erect and dismantle I was looking at this as a possible replacement. Does anyone have experience of them? Specifically; size when packed and put-up / take-down time?

Hi Mike,
I purchased one of these after a trip up North recently after getting attacked by flies during the day and moths/insects at night.
While I have yet to use it on a trip, I have set it up several times and I find it very easy to erect/dismantle. I reckon you can pack this up in a few minutes once you have mastered the locking mechanism on the legs. It is far easier than the dome tent style with all the flex poles as one can easily set this up by themselves - a bit of truth in advertising for a change.
The bag would be about a metre long and approx 300mm in diameter - I can measure up exactly for you if need at home tonight. I place it parallel to my cargo barrier - it is too long to place perpendicular.
What I don't know is its durability. It looks to be
well made and will last the distance but only time will tell if that is the case.
Cheers
Captain

Thanks for that.

Damn! That is about the same size as my existing one but if it's much easier to erect/take-down then I guess it's worth changing and the weight is low so it could go on the roof rack and... hell..! it's ages since I bought any new
camping gear! I've got two of everything already :)
