Just got home from a fantastic Trip to the Cape. Nearly 4 weeks and 3200km from
Cairns to
Cairns.
5 Dirtbikes and a stretched Landcruiser Trayback as our slave.
We had a ball and had no problems on any river crossings and found the roads pretty good. We went up on the old Telegraph road which was heaps of fun on the bikes, not sure how much I would like it on 4
wheels. Traffic was ok too.
Make sure you have a meal at the Loyalty C
park in
Bamaga. Thomas the chef cooks some fantastic meals.
Now I'm trying to go back to work.......that might take a while.
cheers
Reiner

You and our ol mate Pezza would make a gr8 pair. That's one hell of a trip on a bike. Tried it many years ago but not keen on it in today's body hehehe.
Have fun getting back into the swing of work LOL!!
Regards, Trevor.

Thanks Trevor, I'm 54 and on all sort of pills but I feel much better now than before the trip. Our oldest rider Robert had his Birthday up there and turned 62. He was standing up half the trip and most at the time leading the bunch. We didn't do anything slow either :-)
Sometimes you have to ignore your body a bit and get out there.
cheers
Reiner
