The Haymen Reece weight distribution reciever hitch has a height adjustment on it.
Cheers Kev

Handy,
I have a Hayman Reece adjustable tow hitch that I used on my 80 series (which was raised by 50mm) when I had it and towed a small pop top that didnt need a weight distribution device.
This allowed me to adjust the height of the hitch to suit so that the vehicle and the van were level despite their obvious difference in height.
It sounds like this is what you are after.
I have since upgraded to a full height van and a new vehicle which needs the full hayman reece weight distribution hitch, and it has since become suplus to requirement. If you are interested., I am willing to sell it and can provide digital photos if you give me your email address.
It cost me $150 Inc GST and as it is surplus to me, I am prepared to sell it for $75 plus any freight.
Cheers,
Cruiser
