Well done report , I like the PDF format.
I took interest in the report on page 14 about trailers on the Gregory - Camooweal road, I have travelled that road many times and trailers would be no problem at all , I have driven a semi traler down that road and seen triple road trains on it, the section from Thorntonia Yelvertoft Rd to Camooweal would be OK fro camper Trailers but not a large Caravan , a semi would be OK /No Overhang .
An Off Road High Clearance Caravan would be OK from Gregory Hotel to Mt Isa via Thorntonia Yelvertoft Rd .

Doug T,

Some people did it and said it was OK. Others said it was in poor condition. The mechanic who came with us in a 5 ton truck went in advance and took 2.5 hours to do a 100km section. I would have done it however I was towing a hired camper trailer for a disabled vehicle so didn't want to risk it.
