Has anyone heard that there has been a delay in delivery of the new "Kinetic"?
suspension for the 200 series and they will continue with the old 100 series
suspension.
I was looking to buy, but do not want the "old"
suspension which seemed to have a bad reputation for bending and breaking.
Would appreciate any background information.

Forum a poster said his dealer told him (talk about Chinese whispers) that the first 200 GXLs will have KDSS but after that it will be an option (for the GXLs). KDSS will be standard on VX and Sahara.
It's all rumours at the moment but my money's on a VX.

I think you'll find the Torsion bars have been ditched.
200series has coil front end (similar to Prado) with or without the Kinetic variation.

The first delivery has Kinetic
suspension (November)
The second delivery in January will have Kinetic
suspension as an option

first shipment arrives Nov 11th , just not enough stock to go around
