Yesterday on the final leg of our trip from
Adelaide to
Cooktown and return via the
Birdsville Track and lots of other great
places we went into
Peterborough and I believe that I spotted the legend Willem. I was turning out of the main street onto the
Terowie road when I spotted this red Nissan towing a trailer and driven by a bearded gentleman.
So was this Willem himself?

only his apparition surely. He is still looking for the keys to the red Nissan or is it he is still trying to hotwire it?

One of the local car thieves helped me rewire the GQ yesterday.
It now has a key entry but a keyless start. Gone is the Ignition and gone is the plurry steering lock. Heaven..........lol

A little while back an EO Member, who shall remain nameless, but who occasionally resides about 1000km north of here introduced me to another EO Member as 'The Famous Willem'.
Methinks this fella took a dim view of that or maybe he was expecting someone not quite so rustic .....lol. I have tried to engage him in conversation here on the
forum but he ignores me. So I'm not that famoius after all.....thank goodness......hahahaha
Cheers

Being the shy retiring type that I am (!), I've only ever met a couple of EO people.
One told me he was expecting someone around 90, dragging one foot along the ground !
Close..........LOL

Wasn't
home when they tested it the other day.......
I reckon they only put it on the Town Hall roof to keep the
pigeons away......lol
Pop in to the
IGA supermarket and say g'day if you get into
town.
Cheers
