I have a Black Wolf Turbo 240 with the Deluxe Fly/Walls and have managed to tear it whilst putting it up (don't ask as SWMBO is still furious).

The tear is from near the base of one of the walls and is about 10-20cm long.

The material is "220g Ripstop poly/cotton canvas". I have no idea how to fix this - whether i need to sew it, glue it with another piece or what.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Juzzy

Give Black Wolf a call and ask their advice 1st.
Failling that you will need to get some fabric as close to the original as possible and if you get someone to sew it up, make sure they use a terko satin thread.
Go and see a reputable canvas upholsterer and ask to see how they would patch/ repair the tear.(bit like good quality weld or chook sh#t weld)
Any other questions let me know

Hi Franga.
A friend of mine had a similiar problem with his Black Wolf.
Took it back to the camping store at Burleigh Heads & they told him that they were no longer stocking that brand due to the number of complaints.
Good luck.
