"Be a registered user " means simply be a member, I don't have to do anything else except the actions described ?

I don't think it matters where the initial feedback ends up but a point will be given for it IMO

Inmo you don' get points unlessu submit something useful to all on the site.
I am sosrry but from what I have seen the pictures that have been submitted previously have lost all copyright.
I have heaps of pics that exploroz is looking for but am not happy to part with my pics
correct me if i am wrong
