Sad to say my pride and joy is up for sale, see the add on the trader.
Planning on going without my beloved 4by for a while until I can afford a later model which I will have to strip and rebuild all over again.

Why will you have to strip and rebuild it Toy? Can't you just find something that suits you? - sounds like an economically unsound move to buy then strip and rebuild!! There are plenty of vehicles that will go anywhere/do anything in standard form.

Sorry Toy - just read your ad and I misinterpreted what you meant by strip and rebuild. You just mean adding extras. Sounds like a good vehicle that you have but granted a bit long in the tooth!

Aandy,
yeah just like to add my own touches. Each time I buy a vehicle (always second hand) I like to get it straight to the mechanics and give it a good going over. This way I know exactly what I've got before taking my family into the outback.
