Hi all,
I went to local bearing place and got new bearing for the pulley for $5.60 with 20 minutes work all fixed without a problem.
Rang Mr. Toyota and was told that I had to buy New Pulley worth $55.00. Big difference!!!

That was a mistake on Toyota's part!
Normally I would have expected them to have ensured that the bearing was not removable from the casing, so you had to buy their complete assembly!!
