feed back for dp chip for 2004 auto landcruiser

Will like a feed back good or bad regarding dp chip.Rang B diesel and got a friendly receptionist who insisted on answering my questions. when i ask her will the dp chip remove my lag from 0-2000rpm she insisted on reading the bro sure back to me.Very friendly but not much help at all.
All i will like to know will it remove the lag, i know it will improve fuel and torque.

The first point of contact for a potential customer should NOT be someone who knows bugger all.
If I ask for an engineer that means that I want to talk to one, not the office girl !
Asked for a supervisor once, because girl was being obstropolis. "Why would you need to talk to my supervisor?"...because I asked to, dammit !
