Spoke to Jo last night and her computer id fritzed, so she'll be off line for a couple of weeks getting a new one.

I had another fiddle with the tower this afternoon. I had it turned on (Still with nothing happening) and I pulled the monitor plug out and back in and then had visual on the screen.
Not that the plug should have become loose in the first place??? (and I checked all of it before I rang you) so she is working for the moment but it still not at all running like it should be, so a new computer is still on the cards.
