Feed back DP Chip for 100s Landcuiser 2004 auto

Feed back good or bad regarding dp chip.
Rang B diesel and got a friendly receptionist who insisted on answering my questions. When i ask her will the dp chip remove my lag from 0-2000rpm she insisted on reading the bro sure back to me.Very friendly but not much help at all.

Does any one know for what will the DP chip do and will it remove the lag, i know it will improve fuel and torque so the bro sure says.

Mark, Don't think the chip would help any lag, is that a problem for this model cruiser as I haven't heard of it before. Has the vehicle always had a lag issue as you call it..? The TD Cruiser has always been strong off the bottom as I understand it, the DP Chip would improve your torque curve and range. How many KM's has it done and have you had the injectors serviced..?

I dont know if it has a leg poblem before im a second owner the car has done about 65000 km and no i havent seviced the injectors jet. To me it is a lag it is a bit slow when you compare when it riches 2000 rpm . may be im to paranoid.

Thinking about converting back myself, so have been doing my homework on the 100 Series. I can't remeber if they have a variable vane turbo or not, if they do then yes the DP chip will give some improvement on this, they certainly do on the 3.0L Nissans. If it is a normal wastegated turbo, then talk to an exhaust specialist about a custom 3" exhaust.
