A mate of
mine has been looking for a workshop manual. Does anyone out there know where I can get a Patrol GU 4.5 Petrol manual. Seems the only one he can find is the Nissan one at a price of about $375. Is there an aftermarket one available yet. Hope you can helpBush Bappo's 4WD Club

I have a 3L TD and found the original Nissan one outragousley expensive, you can guess why. There is a lesser one printed by
Gregory's that's good for a lot of general maintainance. Cost me about $27 at AutoBarn. Any good spare parts joint should be able to get one in. Then you probably want to see one before committing them to a buy. Carpe Diem

I have a Gregorys for the GQ, and theres lots of mistakes in it.
I think $375 aint that bad, considering the Genuine GU Nissan ones were over a grand when they came out for a complete set.

Bigbear,
I have a 4.5 GU98, as of about six months ago Gregorys published a 3.0TD manual but no 4.5 as yet (work that out!)> Things may have changed since, give Gregorys a go

When the 3.0L manual came out a while back, I rang Gregorys and asked the question.
"What about the GU Patrols, TD42 and TB45 engines, that were made before the 3.0L motor, are we going to get a manual to cover those?"
I was told that there were no plans to publish a manual for these models.
