Hi everyone, Have a 12 HT in a coaster and it has developed a oil leak coming from behind the head and runs down over the bell housing and gearbox (it is engine oil) , you can just see behind the head and there is oil on top of the bell housing. Any help appreciated.
Joe.

Some of the rocker covers have a U shaped rubber at the bottom, you might have to do a bit of contorting to look at it.
Did you put the engine in or someone else? 12ht's weren't a normal fitment.

Hi Noldi,
We use it for travelling when not working. Have owned a coaster with the 4 cyl diesel good bus but not as easy to drive as the turbo 6 one. 20 mpg from new one and we tow a boat. It will be a long time before we don't own a coaster.
Regards,
Joe.

Thanks Joe,
good to hear this sort of feedback, 20mpg sounds good I only just get that on a good day with the jack towing a camper.
Have you given any thought to the gas injection? I here it gives better performance again?
may see you on the road end of next year
