Well the new camper trailer finally arrived from QLD.
With a bit trepidation, I introduced dog to the unit (she hated that silly Jayco thing I've disposed of).
She took to the CV with great delight, so I think we can get back to a more basic life style.
As the most dominant individual in the house, she has yet to decide on the sleeping arrangements. Somehow I think I'm going to get the short straw!
We're off to Rawson the week after next if I can get the trailer registered in time. This will determine if I get the bed, or allocated floor space....
LOL
Regards
Kim

Kim C,
Does he already sleep in your bed at home?
Might I suggest you buy your best friend one of those trampoline beds (which can be dismantled for travel) and then, when you go
camping, place it under the CT, which should be under your bed, with one of your smelliest-unwashed old T-shirts on top and the dog will think it is sleeping in your bed;))
If it works let me us know and when we get our own dog (not the one we are baby sitting for son, atm) we will try it on the new one.
OzeSheila.

Fortunately she's not that sort of dog.
Her general disposition relates more to "I'll sleep where I damn
well please" which at home, is usually on the floor beside the bed, never on it.
When we're in the bush she sleeps beside me in the car if we don't take a tarp.
She did'nt take kindly to the Jayco, so we'll see how we go with the CT
