Hi motherhen...you can borrow it if you like....heres some more.....
Now that food has replaced sex in my life, I can't even get into my own pants.
Marriage changes passion. Suddenly you're in bed with a relative.
I signed up for an exercise class and was told to wear loose-fitting clothing. If I HAD any loose-fitting clothing, I wouldn't have signed up in the first place!
When I was
young we used to go "skinny dipping," now I just "chunky dunk."
Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.
Wouldn't it be nice if whenever we messed up our life we could simply press 'Ctrl Alt Delete' and start all over? AMEN, AMEN !!
Life is like a roll of
toilet paper. The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes.
Have a nice day....

Hey Laura,
Sorry could not miss this opportunity. I noticed that Bucky "buckled under the pressure" very quickly.
And before everyone comes back at me this is my opinion and mine only. BUT Most (not all) men do or have had a good women in their lives. Why do they tend to have us in the passenger seat as the navigator if we can't read a map (they need someone to blame for taking the wrong road). Oh yeah I forgot we get to go on these excursions in the bush to help with the
cooking, cleaning etc etc. Not this lady, I also take over the steering wheel as I like to see how the car goes on all those hills and creeks etc. I figure if the old fella has a heart attack or worst I need to be able to get him to the nearest hospital. And further more why should you guys have all the fun!!!!. If being a member of this
forum helps with that then I'm here for the duration.
Whoops sorry bad day at work, and besides IMO (think that covers my butt, appears to help the fellas out when they have a foot in mouth moment LOL

Agreed - I'm the navigator and love reading maps.
For some reason, when we aren't touring, i am expected to do the driving, but when we are touring, the old rooster does all the driving (so i can be the navigator?).
When we toured the UK and Europe when i was a youngster, Dad did all the driving and the family voted me in a the navigator.
Why did Moses wander in the wilderness for 40 years? Men will never ask for directions.

So one in a million can read a map !
Good to see you "sheila's" breaking some of the male dominated areas, like map reading, and being a "steering wheel attendant".
I actually gave Lyn a drive of the Navara, with the camper in tow, last time we went out. She did a dam fine job, too..
Go Lynnie !
Cheers all

Ah Bucky - Going for the brownie points now! I bet you showed that post to your lovely Lyn.
This girl always could read maps. I started driving the truck when i was two - well, as i couldn't see over the dashboard then either, i used to stand on the seat and swing on the steering wheel in the direction Dad pointed, as he was on the back feeding out hay or grain - I never tipped him off once, unlike the boys next door, who occasionally bounced their Dad off. They were a few years older than me, and one of them said said with much glee "There's this thing on the floor called a sellerator - you put your foot on it and your Dad flies of the back!" Boys!
I must confess, I'm not a perfect driver as i can't back trailers too well, and as for reverse parking - - -
Mmmmm, maybe I'd better stick with being the navigator.
