T-Max winches

Tell me anything good (or bad) about them. They retailed for very reasonable money in TJM, but I could not even find where they made. And this makes me very suspicious – usually you have what you pay for.
Anyway, anyone have first-hand experience with them? Particularly for long enough time?

These units are made in Australia. T-max P/L is a division of Aunger Carcraft Pty Limited

Now, before anyone tells me that I should have posted a link that was "active".
What i did here was use the Insert Link radio button at the bottom of the reply bow, filled in the url and submitted same with post.
So, what exactly did I do wrong?

On website they said: “T-Max Products are designed, engineered and mercilessly tested in Australia.” Also “T-Max Products Pty Ltd is the exclusive Distributor of T-Max”. No even one word about manufacturing.

I think you'll find that the T-Max winch range, whilst designed and tested here, are in fact made by this company in China.

T Max, Ox and Brawn are all the same.
If you go into a TJM store and ask them to remove the cover of one of their Ox
winches, the solonoids will have T Max written on them. Same as Brawn as I have a Brawn and replaced one of the solonoids with a T Max.

mine for 6 years and no problems.
