Hi Doug, Hows the trip going, watch out for the cyclone.
Its on my PC so I might have a bit of a play and look at some of the options the others have mentioned.

Well I tried the Fileswap facility and even though the file is only 1.5MB it didn't want to play the game.
Back to square 1.

You should be able to upload the PPT file to File Swap, but certainly 1.5Mb is too large for the limits set on it. It is easy to reduce a PPT file size, there is an option for compression all pics that makes a huge difference so try that and have another go at uploading a smaller file.

Well I tried the Zip method and got it down to 1.2mb but it still comes up with a - http 500 internal server error.
I thought 1.2mb would be ok as it states in the member file swap a limit of 2mb.

Any more thoughts.

David is currently doing some site recompiles so not sure if you've tried to upload a few times, as it may be just a temporary thing. However, did you say you zipped the file? Not sure that the system will accept that. Could you find the part where you compress all images? That simply automatically resizes all the embedded images in your file which is usually why PPT files get so big. Please try those options.

Doesn't matter.
I see you all had a great weekend, it's a pity I'm in CQ fair sought of a drive for a w/end, never mind I'll make it to a gathering down your way one year.
