Gday All, I am going to put Gas on my T/deisel 80 series, want to keep my 170lt rear
tank and mount the gas
tank in place of the main
tank. Does anybody know if it has been done or can be done?

There should be a few options since when on lpg/diesel you only need a relatively small lpg
tank as you are only using about 15% lpg to 85% diesel (as opposed to running on lpg 100% or petrol 100%) When they fit lpg tanks to the 100 series petrol they mount them one each side alongside the chassis rail and leave both petrol tanks in place (reduces the ramp over angle a bit though)
