Where do I stick the thermo probe??
I have a set screw in a threaded ' nut' in the exhaust pipe just aft of the turbo. I assume that may be it??
Is there any ideal placement for accurate readings??
And what would be a safe running temp for a 1hz turbo??

Hi, just like to ask you which Turbo System you installed? Do you also have an Intercooler?

I'd say that would be
the spot mate - without looking at it.
The general concensus is 500 - 550 deg C...POST turbo. Take it on the road and find a big
hill and hit it with foot flat (max load) and see what the max temp gets too after a few minutes of max load. If it gets above 550deg C then wind the fuel screw out....repeat process until it stays below 550.
